Hi,

Over the last couple of days, I completed Lesson Nos. 2.1 thru 2.4 including the quizzes. For some reason, the completed activities were not recorded in the log. Can you tell me what I must do to have the activities properly logged?

Bonjour Claire,

Thank you for the follow-up. Now that I have a chance to think about the problem, it might have something to do with the cookies used to track access. For security reasons, I do make it a habit to delete them from time to time. Can you check in with your Web developer on this point? If that turns out to be the case, then you may have to resort to a database to accomplish the same design objective.

I have just completed lesson 1.3 Learning French / Apprendre le Français and the quiz, but when I go back to check it does not show completed and the quiz has been reset. Can you tell me how to correct this error?

Hi Gary,

it might be cached and you might have to login again to see your progress.
The quiz will rest everytime you want to practice again, but your last results should still be added to your progress.
I will ask the IT team to have another look into this issue.
It seems that it works for some and not for others and we need to find out what is causing it.

Could you please let me know what happens after you submit the quiz the first time?
Can you then manually reset the quiz?
Are your answers shown?
