Hi there,
when you login to your Learning Lounge please click on the yellow "Your course" button.
Then scroll down to the blue tab labeled "MegaFrench games and MegaCards".
When you click on that you will be able to access the MegaGames and MegaCards.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi there,

I apologize for the audio problems you are having. You can try reinstalling the Flash Player on your computer. Flash Player is the application that you need in order to play some of the audio files.

To download it for free, please click on the following link:

http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

Please also download the Shockwave Player, you can download the Shockwave plug-in from the following link.

shockwave <http://sdc.%3cspan%20class=/>.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi" target="_blank">http://sdc.shockwave.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi <http://sdc.%3cspan%20class=/>

Also you could try using a different browser, like Firefox or Internet Explorer.

If none of these recommendations solve the problem, please let me know.

I've done as instructed, but cannot seem to find the tab with "MegaGames" or "MegaCards". I've only just come back to learning French with yourselves and the access format has changed. In those days, everything came bundled in a self executable file to install on your computer.

Am I still eligible to access these?

Thanks
