Hello I am about to recive my new mp3 player and I would like to download the lessons on to them. I am new to mp3 players and have never used one of them. How do I put the lessons onto my mp3 player?

In order to download the audio files to your computer please right click on the "Download this Audio" link and choose either "Save target as"
